What is CSHL?

Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory is a leading international center for research and education. As part of its mission, each year CSHL organizes 25 scientific conferences, 20 Banbury Center meetings and 30 advanced technical science courses, with organizers, instructors and participants from all over the world.

How many virtual courses have we held at CSHL?

We held CSHL’s first ever fully virtual conference on Systems Biology in March 2020 and have since hosted 10 virtual courses and almost 50 virtual meetings, including a series of conferences dedicated to COVID-19/SARS CoV2.

What’s new at CSHL in 2021?

We remain fully virtual through much of 2021, with plans to transition back to in-person courses in late fall, with meetings resuming in person in spring 2022. How many Nobelists have been trained by CSHL courses?
