How do I send my transcripts to LSE?
Your transcript can be emailed to us at [email protected], or sent electronically, as mentioned in the tab above. Alternatively you may send a photocopy of your degree certificate bearing an original stamp and signature of your institution to prove that the copy conforms to the original.
Does LSE require letters of recommendation?
For the majority of applicants this means two references from academic staff at your previous institution who know your work well, and who, preferably, can comment on subjects or skills relevant to the programme(s) you are applying for.

Can I apply to LSE If I am still awaiting exam results?
You may submit an application even if you are still awaiting some examination results, however you must have fully graduated by the time you register at LSE. Please list the title and credit value of each in-progress course that you are currently studying on the application.

Applicants currently or formerly registered at LSE do not need to supply transcripts of their LSE qualifications as these are generated internally. Make sure that you scan documents at a sensible resolution, ensuring that the documents remain legible while remaining under 2MB in file size. 300dpi is fine.
