How do I access my USF email?
Email Accounts at USF The MyUSF portal can be used to access ALL USF email accounts. Log into the MyUSF Portal (https://my.usf.edu/), and click on Email on the menu at the top of the page to see the USF Office 365 (@usf.edu) and OLD USF EMAIL (@mail.usf.edu).
Can you email transcripts to colleges?
Some colleges accept transcripts which are sent electronically, but you’ll need to ask your counselor if your high school has this option. Some high schools don’t make their transcripts available to online services until after the student has graduated.
How long does it take to get an acceptance letter from USF?

Does USF require letters of recommendation for undergraduate admissions?
Letters of recommendation are requested through the online application. The potential recommenders will receive an email asking them to upload a letter to the USF application system. You may track who has completed your letter of recommendation by logging into the USF online application system.
Does UCF require a transcript?
Yes. An official final transcript showing the date of high school graduation is required to complete your application file. A final transcript is due to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions no later than June 30 for students enrolling in the summer term, and no later than July 15 for students enrolling in fall.

Can I still apply to USF?
Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis beginning in late Fall as applications are completed and all supporting documents are received. You may apply as early as July of your senior year. Freshman applications are considered for the spring, summer and fall semesters.

To send your transcripts electronically, please contact the Registrar’s Office at your previous institution to see if they are able to electronically transmit your official transcripts to USF’s Office of Admissions.
